Srinagar, Oct 9: The District Police Headquarters Srinagar has issued a transfer and posting order for multiple officers across various units and police stations in the district. The order, No. 1282 of 2025, dated October 8, 2025, outlines the following key changes:
Inspector Bilal Ahmad transferred from DPL Srinagar, posted as SHO Police Station M.R. Gunj.
Inspector Irfan Ahmad shifted from DPL Srinagar to serve as I/C DSB Srinagar.
Inspector Gowhar Rashid moved from PS M.R. Gunj to I/C PCR DPL Srinagar.
Inspector Athar Parvaiz posted as SHO Police Station Nishat, transferred from PCR DPL Srinagar.
PSI Ramees Ahmad transferred from PS Shalteng to I/C Police Post Qamarwari.
SI Fayaz Ahmad posted at PS Shalteng, replacing outgoing officers.
SI Mohd Rafi moved from PP Urdu Bazar to DPL Srinagar.
SI Mohd Amin shifted from ESU South to I/C Police Post Urdu Bazar.
Inspector Ghulam Mohammad formally posted as SHO Police Station Shalteng, relieving Inspector Ranbeer Singh.
