Startup Kashmir Magazine Launched at NIT Srinagar ; Empowering Youth Entrepreneurs

Srinagar, April 12: The Director National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar, Prof. Ravinder Nath, who is also Vice Chancellor – Central University Kashmir launched ‘Startup Kashmir magazine’ on Friday.

The launch event witnessed the presence of enablers in the startup community, including Shahid Ansari, Founder and Chief Editor of Startup Kashmir Magazine, Shahid Mir, CEO of Greenovator Incubation Foundation (GIF).

Prof M F Wani, Prof. G A Harmain (Directors GIF) and Dr. Saad Parvez (PI GIF), Deputy Registrar (Accounts), Dean R&C, Prof Ruhi Naz, Nazia Nazir, Assistant Registrar (Special Secretary to Director), Shahid Hamid Najar, Dr. Sheikh Shahid Saleem, Prof.Najeeb-Ud-Din representing the academic community besides Prof Ravinder who also holds the additional charge as Director NIT Srinagar.

Kashmir Observer was represented by Nazir Ganaie, the organization’s multimedia head.

Dr. Saad Parvez (PI GIF) extended heartfelt gratitude to Director NIT Srinagar Prof. Nath, Prof. MF Wani, and Prof. Harmain for generously sparing their time and honoring the event with their special words and esteemed presence.

Startup Kashmir magazine is a first-of-its-kind magazine that focuses on innovations, entrepreneurship, and start-ups. The publications shall serve as a connection between the opportunities underlying in the region and the availability of support systems across startup facilitators, incubators, and accelerators.

This magazine aims to inspire and guide aspiring idea generators and entrepreneurs in realizing their business ventures by providing requisite support and guidance.

Startup Kashmir Magazine powered by Greenovator Incubation Foundation, NIT Srinagar, in collaboration with Kashmir Observer, presented the inaugural issue of this magazine.
