Suspected Drone Spotted Near J&K’s Samba Sector, BSF Launches Search Operation
Samba, Jammu, Sept 28: The Border Security Force (BSF) initiated a search operation on Sunday after reports of a suspected Pakistani drone sighting near the International Border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Officials said the drone was observed hovering over Karalian village in the Ramgarh sector at around 6:30 a.m. before it disappeared from view.
BSF personnel immediately began a thorough search of the village and surrounding areas to ensure that no weapons or narcotics were airdropped from across the border. The operation is ongoing, and updates are awaited from the field.
