Teach BJP a lesson for taking away your rights, Solanki urges Billawar residents

Billawar, September 28:Exhorting people to teach BJP a lesson for snatching their democratic and constitutional rights, All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge J&K Bharatsinh Solanki said on Saturday said that elections on October 1 are an appropriate opportunity to give a befitting reply to the Saffron Party for its treachery.

“Use the power of the vote to teach a lesson to those who are responsible for the hardship the people of J&K have been facing for the last 10 years”, Solanki said.

“I stand before you to expose the treachery of the BJP. For ten long years, they have ruled our state with an iron fist, snatching away our statehood and bringing chaos and uncertainty to our beloved Jammu and Kashmir”, Mr Solanki said while addressing an impressive public meeting in Billawar in support of party candidate Dr. Manohar Lal.

“The BJP has consistently prioritized its interests over the welfare of our people. They have exploited our natural resources, allowed big businesses to loot our state, and ignored our concerns. It’s time to teach them a lesson for their betrayal”, he said.

“I dare the BJP to present its report card for the past decade. Let them show us what they’ve achieved, what they’ve delivered. But we already know the answer—nothing. Instead, they’re resorting to their usual tactics of misinformation and manipulation, trying to hoodwink the people with empty promises”, he cautioned.

“We see through their lies. We remember how they reneged on their 2014 promises. We remember how they’ve destroyed our economy, ignored our farmers, and compromised our national security”, he further said.

He, however, asserted that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are not foolish. They will not be misled and they will not be deceived.

“People of Jammu will choose their own destiny, and they will ensure that our state is ruled by those who truly care for its people,” he said.

“Snatching statehood is the BJP’s most egregious crime against the people of Jammu and Kashmir”, he said, adding that the BJP has allowed big businesses to loot our state’s resources.

He further regretted that instead of listening to the grievances of the people the BJP-controlled administration has turned a deaf ear to the people’s pleas.

“It’s time to hold the BJP accountable for their actions. Let us unite behind the Congress-NC coalition, which has always prioritized our state’s sovereignty, economic well-being, and emotional integration”, he said.

“Let us choose truth over lies and integrity over deception. Let us elect leaders who will work for us, not against you”, he said while asking people to elect Dr. Manohar Lal.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Manohal Lal said that BJP has exposed before the masses. “People have realized that they had committed a big blunder in 2014 but this time they will vote for Congress for the overall growth and development of Billawar,”  he said. He appealed to people to vote for Congress and bring the Congress NC coalition an absolute majority.
