Srinagar, Oct 15: In a swift and coordinated operation, Srinagar Police have arrested three persons involved in the axe attack on a youth in Qamarwari area of the city. The arrests were made within 24 hours of the incident, and the weapon of offence has been recovered.

According to officials, a youth identified as Noman Yaqoob Khanday, resident of Bilal Colony, Qamarwari, was attacked with an axe by unidentified assailants near Haroon Bakery at Hilal Abad, Qamarwari on October 14.
