NHW-44.
Tomorrow subject to fair weather and better road condition only one-way traffic shall be allowed from Srinagar towards Jammu including Banihal, Ramban (local traffic) on Jammu-Srinagar NHW . No vehicle shall be allowed in the opposite direction. TCU Srinagar shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.
Note;-The weight-bearing capacity of the installed bailey bridge is less than 40 metric ton.
CUT OFF TIMING:
LMVs from Zig (Qazigund) 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs
HMVs/Load Carriers
HMVs shall be allowed upto 1600 hrs. from Zig (Qazigund) towards Jammu
No vehicle shall be allowed after cut off timing.
SFs Convoy Movement
Security Forces are advised/requested not to ply against advisory/traffic plan in view of traffic congestion on Jammu-Srinagar NHW and narrowness of Bailey bridge. They may ply from Srinagar towards Jammu after confirming the status of NHW.
NOTE- On 22-01-2021 Friday, there shall be no traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW from either side in view of maintenance/repairing of the NHW.

Mughal road is blocked due to snow accumulation.
SSG ROAD
SSG road closed by the J&K Govt. vide DICOM Kashmir’s order No 400/2020 dated 30-12-2020 till further orders.

People are advised to undertake the journey on NHW-44 only after confirming the status of the road from Traffic control units as under:
