Training/ awareness programme on formulation of FFPO held at Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, OCTOBER 08: A training cum awareness programme was today conducted by Assistant Director Fisheries Ganderbal at Conference Hall of Mini Secretariat, here.

The Training cum awareness programme was aimed at Formulation of FFPO (Fish Farmers Producers Organization) and demonstration of Biofloc technology to young enterpreneurs of the district.

Many private Trout/Carp Fish Farmers and young entrepreneurs participated in the programme.

Assistant Director Fisheries Ganderbal deliberated on the various aspects of FFPO and demonstrated the Biofloc technology through a Biofloc model in a most profound and effective manner.

Various programmes are being conducted at District level for the benefit of private Fish Farmers and young entrepreneurs by the department.
