Tribal Survey: Enumeration, inoculation goes hand-in-hand in Reasi

REASI, JULY 04: The vaccination and survey teams deployed for enumeration of the migratory tribal population are working together to achieve their targets here in the Reasi district.

The teams of health workers associated with the extended  Paanch Divasiya vaccination Abhiyan-Abhi Nahi Toh Kabi Nhi have joined hands with the teams deployed for enumeration and Survey of Tribal Migratory population presently living in upper reaches of Mahore, Dharmari, and Chassana.

The Health workers are vaccinating the age-appropriate persons, who have not taken the vaccine or are due for a second dose.

The efforts have paid well as most of the eligible population among the tribals have received their first dose.

While appreciating the efforts of health workers, Deputy Commissioner Charandeep Singh said that administering vaccines to tribal populations was the most difficult task. Most of these hamlets are in far-flung areas and reaching such areas to cover left-outs is a great achievement” he added.
