TRP ‘scam : Mumbai police summons Republic Media CEO, 5 others

Mumbai police crime department on Saturday issued summons to 6 extra individuals, together with the Chief Executive Officer and two Chief Operating Officers of Republic Media Network in addition to the CEO of Hansa Research Group and one other worker of the corporate, to look earlier than them on Sunday within the ongoing investigation into an alleged ‘fake TRP scam’.

On Friday, a day after the arrest of 4 individuals, the police had summoned Republic Media’s Chief Financial Officer S Sundaram, distribution head Ghanshyam Singh, two promoting companies and the accountants of Box Cinemas and Fakt Marathi.
