India, Nov 20 : Donald Trump Jr Taj Mahal visit scheduled for Thursday

US President Donald Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr, will visit Agra on Thursday for a tour of the Taj Mahal. He is set to land at Kheria Airport in a special aircraft before proceeding to the monument his first ever visit, even though his parents, Donald Trump and Melania Trump, toured the Taj in 2020.

Local authorities have undertaken a major clean-up drive along the VIP route, cleared stray animals, and strengthened security to ensure a smooth and secure visit.

Why Donald Trump Jr is in India

Trump Jr, who is also a businessman, is travelling to India to attend a destination wedding in Udaipur later this week. A US security team has already reached the city to review preparations and coordinate with local authorities.

Inside the Udaipur wedding schedule

The two-day wedding celebrations will take place on November 21 and 22.

The main ceremony will be held at Jag Mandir Palace on Lake Pichola.

Other functions are scheduled at Manek Chowk inside the City Palace complex.

Sources said Trump Jr will stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur, one of the city’s top luxury hotels.
