UP CM Yogi Adityanath Pays Final Tribute to Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram Ji

Chief Minister visits Shiv Shanti Ashram in Lucknow, offers condolences and honors spiritual leader

Lucknow, Oct 16: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday visited Shiv Shanti Ashram to pay his last respects to Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram Ji, the head priest of the revered ashram, who passed away on Wednesday.

During the solemn visit, CM Yogi laid a wreath on the mortal remains of Sant Shiromani, draped him in a saffron robe, and offered flowers at his statue, expressing his deep condolences to the assembled devotees.

Taking to social media, Yogi Adityanath expressed his grief, stating, “The passing of Sant Shiromani Shri Sai Chanduram Sahib Ji, a prominent religious leader of the Sindhi community and head of Shri Shanti Ashram, is an irreparable loss to the spiritual community. My condolences are with his grieving followers. I pray to Lord Jhulelal to grant his soul peace and his followers strength to bear this loss. Om Shanti!”

A large gathering of devotees paid heartfelt tributes during the Chief Minister’s visit, pledging to follow the path and ideals set by Sant Shiromani Sai Chanduram Ji.
