Gurugram, Oct 16: Indian cricket star Virat Kohli has officially transferred the power of attorney for his Gurugram property to his brother, Vikas Kohli. The cricketer visited the Wazirabad Tehsil office in person to complete the registration of a General Power of Attorney (GPA) in his brother’s name.
According to reports, Kohli spent around an hour at the Tehsil office signing the property documents. The visit created excitement among staff, who got the chance to meet their cricketing icon, click photos, and receive autographs.
Having recently moved to England with his family, Kohli decided to delegate all property-related responsibilities to his brother. Through the GPA, Vikas Kohli is now authorized to handle all legal and administrative matters concerning the Gurugram bungalow during Virat’s absence. Following the completion of formalities, Kohli headed to the airport to join the Indian cricket team for the upcoming Australia tour.
