Youth frustrated under BJP regime, fake Job Melas yield zero results: Tony
Congress will ensure transparent recruitment processes & create genuine job opportunities
JAMMU,22-09-2024: Congress candidate from Bahu Constituency, Taranjit Singh Tony, today vigorously criticized the BJP Government at the Centre, accusing it of failing to address the aspirations of the youth in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing a series of election campaign meetings across the Bahu constituency, Tony highlighted the growing frustration among the youth due to the misleading promises made by the BJP.
“Fake job melas were organized with great fanfare, but the outcome has been a big zero. The administration, under the BJP regime, is befooling the youth with empty promises and no substantial results. Recruitment scams have left the future of our youth bleak, and the trust in the system is completely shattered,” he said.
Tony expressed deep concern over the current state of affairs, asserting that the BJP has no real agenda for youth empowerment. “The BJP’s tenure has been marked by disappointment and disillusionment among young people, who are struggling for opportunities and growth,” he added.
Appealing to voters in Bahu, Tony assured them that the Congress is committed to addressing these critical issues and working towards a brighter future for the youth. “The youth are the backbone of our society, and under Congress leadership, we will ensure transparent recruitment processes and create genuine job opportunities,” he said.
In a significant development, many prominent BJP supporters from Bahu constituency have recently joined the Congress in the presence of Tony. He warmly welcomed them into the party fold, emphasizing the growing dissatisfaction with the BJP’s misgovernance.
Tony urged the people to vote for change and support the Congress to restore hope for the future of the youth and the region as a whole.
