Jammu, Feb 25: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah have extended their heartfelt greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, known as ‘Herath’ among the Kashmiri Pandit community.
