PM Modi to inaugurate Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave 2025 today
The three day ESTIC 2025 at Bharat Mandapam will bring together scientists, innovators, policymakers and industry leaders to strengthen India’s research and innovation ecosystem.
New Delhi, November 3: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Emerging Science, Technology and Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, at around 9:30 AM on Monday, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) announced. The Prime Minister will also address the gathering during the inaugural session.
In a major push to India’s research and development (R&D) ecosystem, PM Modi will launch the ₹1 lakh crore Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Scheme Fund, aimed at promoting a private sector driven R&D environment across the country.
The PMO stated that the initiative will act as a catalyst for innovation and collaboration between industry, academia, and research institutions, driving India’s transformation into a global knowledge and technology leader.
The ESTIC 2025 will be held from November 3 to 5, bringing together over 3,000 participants from academia, research institutions, industry, and government, along with Nobel Laureates, eminent scientists, innovators, and policymakers.
Deliberations at the conclave will focus on 11 key thematic areas, including:

Bio-Manufacturing
Blue Economy
Digital Communications
Electronics and Semiconductor Manufacturing

The three day event will feature expert talks, panel discussions, technology showcases, and presentations highlighting breakthroughs in science and technology. The conclave aims to create a platform for collaboration among researchers, industry leaders, and young innovators to strengthen India’s innovation driven growth.
