CM Yogi directs senior district police officers to ensure timely resolution of public grievances
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister emphasizes fairness, transparency, and proactive monitoring of citizen complaints during Janata Darshan
Uttar Pradesh, Dec 01 : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed senior police officers across districts to give special attention to resolving public grievances efficiently and transparently. Speaking during a Janata Darshan on Monday, the CM underscored the importance of fairness in all police related matters and urged officials to monitor complaint resolution closely.
During the event, over 42 citizens from different parts of the state presented their grievances, ranging from land disputes and revenue matters to police-related issues. CM Adityanath personally interacted with each complainant, assuring timely and appropriate action.
He directed Police Commissioners, ADGs, SSPs, and SPs to actively oversee grievance redressal at the local level, ensuring transparency and accountability in every case.
Two complainants seeking financial assistance were assured of government support, with the CM noting that regular aid is provided for medical and other urgent needs. “You should also get an estimate prepared and submit it; the government will assist,” he added.
The Chief Minister also engaged warmly with children who accompanied their parents, reflecting his commitment to inclusive public outreach.
