JAMMU, MARCH 16: The Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Choudhary, today extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.
In his message, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the holy night of Shab-e-Qadr holds immense religious and spiritual significance for the Muslim community, as it is a time of deep devotion, reflection and prayers.
He said that on this sacred night, people seek divine blessings from the Almighty and pray for peace, prosperity and well-being of all. “Let us pray for continued harmony, brotherhood and progress in our society,” he said.
The Deputy Chief Minister further said that Jammu and Kashmir has always been a shining example of communal harmony, where people participate in each other’s festivals and occasions with warmth, mutual respect and a shared sense of unity.
He expressed hope that the occasion would further strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and inspire people to work collectively for peace, harmony and prosperity in the region.
