NEW DELHI, Aug 13: Hollywood stars Anthony Mackie, Ariana DeBose and John Leguizamo are set to headline Exoplanet, a new Audible Original science fiction thriller scheduled to launch exclusively on the audio platform on November 5.
The project brings together a high-profile cast with acclaimed science fiction author Andy Weir, best known for The Martian and Project Hail Mary, serving as executive producer. The audio drama has been written by novelist Benjamin Percy.
Exoplanet follows the crew of a starship on a dangerous mission, combining elements of space exploration, suspense and human survival. The audio format is designed to place listeners inside the story through performances and sound rather than traditional on screen visuals.
