Kartik Aaryan Suffers Severe Knee Injury During Kabir Khan Film Shoot

MUMBAI, Aug 19: Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has suffered a serious knee injury while shooting an action sequence for director Kabir Khan’s upcoming sports drama, putting his filming schedule on hold temporarily.
The injury occurred during the final phase of the film’s production, with only a few important action sequences reportedly remaining. Following the accident, Aaryan was admitted to Fortis Raheja Hospital in Mumbai and is expected to undergo knee surgery.
According to reports, the actor will need to take several days of rest after the procedure before returning to work. His upcoming commitments are expected to be adjusted depending on his recovery.
The project marks another collaboration between Aaryan and Kabir Khan after their earlier sports drama Chandu Champion. The actor’s latest film is also being positioned as a physically demanding project, requiring extensive action sequences.
Despite the setback, Aaryan is expected to resume filming once doctors clear him to return to the sets. His next professional commitments include work on an untitled project directed by Anurag Basu.
The injury has come at a crucial stage of production, with the team reportedly nearing completion of the Kabir Khan film.
