Army organises training for customer care executives at Mughal Maidan, Kishtwar
KISHTWAR, OCTOBER 03: The Army, in collaboration with Project Himayat, has organized “Training for Customer Care Executives at Mughal Maidan from 03 Sep 2021 to 27 Sep 2021.
The training was aimed towards providing opportunities for employment as Customer care Executives in the Government as also private industries and firms. A total of 30 youth (18 Boys & 12 Girls) of the area participated in the training.
The Customer Care Executive training was imparted to the youth by the Indian Army in collaboration with project Himayat that includes skills of speaking English, Data Analysis, and Processing. The training was targeted towards poor rural youth who were given a platform to enhance their skills as also exposure towards making them self-reliant and enabling them in getting employment in various sectors.
The training culminated with felicitation of trainees with a certificate and books on the sub-course. Further Indian Army has coordinated with Himayat for advanced training of the trainees at Kathua, which will commence on Oct 27, 2021.
The training is an important component of the National Skill Development Programme and will benefit the youth of this remote region immensely. The trainees and their parents have highly appreciated the efforts of the Indian Army towards skill development and employment generation in the region.
