Sajjad Ahmed Najjar elected President MC Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, MARCH 07: The election to the post of President 74-Municipal Committee (MC) Kishtwar was held today under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Ashok Sharma.

 Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kishtwar Akhter Hussain Qazi was Duty Magistrate for the conduct of election held at the Conference Hall of the DC office Complex.

Among others present included Presiding Authority Ghulam Mohd Bhat (ward member, MC ward no.13), EO, MC Kishtwar, Tariq Mehmood Balwan, SHO Kishtwar Abid Bukhari, other concerned officers besides all members of 8 wards.

Voting was conducted by the Presiding authority Ghulam Mohd Bhat in presence of Duty Magistrate/ACR Kishtwar.   Sajjad Hussain Najjar was elected as President, Municipal Council, Kishtwar as he polled  all 8 votes out of  8 votes present and voting.
