ADDC Kishtwar Sham Lal discusses Area Development Plan
Directs BDOs to pace up activities under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan
KISHTWAR, APRIL 11: Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Sham Lal today chaired a meeting of the Block Development Officers here in his office chamber to discuss and finalise the Area Development Plan 2022-23. He also reviewed the progress under the Gram Swaraj Abhiyan in the district.
The meeting was attended by all the Block Development officers, JEs of REW Wing and technical assistants of the RDD department.
During the meeting, the ADDC discussed Block-wise issues and bottlenecks faced in the finalisation of the ADP 2022-23.
He asked the Block level officers to devise a foolproof Area Development Plan for this fiscal year so that the funds are judiciously utilised that too in time bound manner and without any lapses.
He directed the officers to immediately submit the estimates of projected works so that the works shall be undertaken and completed in stipulated time .
Meanwhile, he also took stock of the status of the PMAY (G) and Awas Plus targets. He asked the BDOs to ensure the saturation of eligible beneficiaries under PMAY and Awas Plus at the earliest.
Later, the ADDC Kishtwar also took stock of activities being conducted under the prestigious Gram Swaraj campaign in the district.
The ADDC Kishtwar directed the RDD officers to pace up the activities prescribed under the 100 point programme and share high quality photos of the same on a daily basis.
