EC Mohsin convenes review meeting with officers, NHM employees of health department in Kargil

Kargil, 22 July, 2022: Executive Councilor, Health, LAHDC, Kargil Mohsin Ali today convened a review meeting with the officers and NHM employees of Health Department Kargil in his office chamber.

Deputy Chief Medical Officer Kargil and Accountant CMO Office Kargil presented last physical and financial achievements for the year 2021-22 and proposal for the year 2022-23 of all schemes of the Health Department.

The EC sought valuable suggestions from Block Medical Officers for any alteration etc. in the proposal. The BMOs gave their suggestions and the EC Mohsin directed the concerned to intimate the BMOs before preparing the proposals in future.

District Tuberculosis Officer/Block Medical Officers & Incharge NHM presented their achievements/programs with regard to upliftment of health Sector in their respective blocks.

They also forwarded some demands facing at ground level to implement various schemes of the department with the request to the EC for immediate redressal of the issues.

EC Mohsin appreciated the work done by employees of the Health Department, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The EC directed the BMOs to complete the land issues by taking personal interest in their respective blocks for the construction of Health & Wellness Centre building and also make sure to electrify all health centres during the current financial year without fail.

He also assured that their genuine demands will be fulfilled in due course of time and other issues will be taken with the UT Administration for early redressal.

The EC directed BMOs to make sure attendance of employees working under their control in their respective hospitals so that the general public do not suffer.
