YOUNG LEADERSHIP

The largest problem presently affecting us is the absence of harmony among our leaders of all shades. In both the factional and mainstream sides! It is irrelevant if it has any real, authentic, honest, or unshakable leadership. Actually, our greatest regret has been the absence of sincere, upright, and authentic leadership. Our tallest and most charismatic leader abandoned them in a whirlpool of corruption and dishonesty from which they cannot escape, instead of setting an example of honesty and integrity for the upcoming generation. Nowadays, it seems like everything has been industrialised. Materialism is in charge! The entire issue has become unclear due to the climate of commercialization, which is based on lying, dishonesty, and thirst for materialistic aims. A leader is a person of strong convictions who has a clear objective, a vision for the future, and a clear plan for achieving that objective. He paves the route and endeavours to really and honestly guide his people toward that objective, which he occasionally may not achieve in his own lifetime. Have we had one of these leaders before? A true leader would start by defining what would ultimately be in the best interests of their people in real-world terms. They aspire to a quiet existence filled with honour and dignity. The leader must also be certain that the group he is attempting to lead accepts the objective and is prepared to cooperate with him in order to achieve it. The leader himself must be consistent and not waver on the route, in addition to outlining a precise and realistic goal and the means to achieve it. Unfortunately, the majority of our leaders have been inconsistent in setting the direction and guiding the populace toward it. The so-called mainstream leaders have consistently shifted between bijli, panni, saddak, and greater autonomy, among other things. If they had acted with honesty, sincerity, and conviction, they may have at least provided good administration and improved the lives of the common people. These leaders have not been able to improve the people’s daily lives through excellent governance or make any progress toward resolving fundamental political issues. Their one and only goal have been to usurp power in any way possible while amassing as much wealth and material possessions as they can till the “sun” shines! There have been sincere, unwavering, and truthful leaders in the opposing camps, but the majority of them have been eliminated by one or the other side to protect their own ideologies. We all know that leaders do not just fall from the sky; rather, they must rise from the earth. However, when there are two rivals with diametrically different viewpoints working to advance their own discourses, it is incredibly challenging for sincere and honest leadership to grow unless there is some form of divine intervention! The ambiguity of the goals and the unpredictable behaviour of the leadership is supposed to have left the people profoundly baffled. They are confused about whom to follow in order to find relief in their daily lives and attain their ultimate goal of total freedom. In the corroding whirlpool, they are circling. Everyone is treated equally in every sphere of society.

Our civilization has banished the “truth.” The sole source of optimism is the next generation, which is relieved by the weight of previous leadership. Numerous attempts are still being made to sink the younger generation in the same sludge and filth that have destroyed the past regime. The people who are confused and paralysed have true hopes for the “deliverer” who will come from the younger generation, and the Almighty God won’t let them down as long as they change their indispensable nature by speaking the “truth” and standing by it no matter what happens.
