Amar Singh Club’s Karwa Chauth Festival Kicks Off: Designer Stalls, Astrologer Consultations, and Musical Night

Jammu, October 18, 2024: The Amar Singh Club commenced its two-day celebrations for the auspicious Karwa Chauth festival with an Exhibition and Musical Night on October 18. The exhibition featured a variety of stalls showcasing mehendi art, designer dresses, footwear, bangles, decorative materials, books, and paintings, attracting a large crowd of enthusiastic attendees.

The event was inaugurated by Anita Kapahi, wife of the Club Secretary, along with Veena Handa, a well-known educationist and socialite, and Anil Kapahi, the Club Secretary, accompanied by other executive members. The opening ceremony set a festive tone for the celebrations, reflecting the spirit and cultural heritage associated with Karwa Chauth.

Adding to the event’s charm, renowned astrologer Yagendra offered horoscope consultations, drawing interest from members keen on exploring their astrological insights. The evening continued with a lively game of Tambola, engaging the club members in a spirited competition, and was followed by a captivating musical performance by singer Deepak Kumar, leaving the audience entertained.

Club Secretary Anil Kapahi expressed his gratitude to the organizing team, giving special recognition to Ritika Mahajan, Renu Nanda, and Deepali Handa for their dedicated efforts in making the program successful and enjoyable for all attendees.
