In the coming academic year, AICTE has allowed colleges to enroll these students without entrance examinations. This includes CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT, and other entrance examinations.
In an official circular, AICTE said that some entrance examinations could not be conducted in many states of the country for fear of an outbreak of coronavirus epidemic. There is also no indication that these exams are postponed or are likely to be canceled.
