Bengaluru’s ‘Bandland’ Music Festival Cancelled: Organisers Cite Reasons, Outline Refund Process
Festival goers assured refunds as organisers prioritise quality experience amid headliner cancellation.
India, Jan 15 : The much anticipated Bandland music festival, set for February 14 and 15 in Bengaluru, has been cancelled, leaving fans disappointed.
Organisers, through a post on BookMyShow Live’s official Instagram, addressed attendees: “Bandland Fam, this one hurts to share. Bandland 2026, scheduled for February 14 & 15, will not be going ahead as planned.”
Reason for cancellation
The cancellation follows Muse, one of the festival’s headlining acts, pulling out of their tour due to unforeseen circumstances. Their withdrawal directly affected the Bandland lineup.
Organisers’ statement
With the festival only a month away, organisers said they opted to cancel this year’s edition rather than compromise on the live experience that Bandland is known for. “We completely respect their decision and send them love. We know this is disappointing news, it is for us too, and we’re incredibly grateful for your trust, patience, and love for Bandland,” the statement read.
Refund process
Ticket holders have been assured full refunds, which will be processed within 8 to 10 working days through the original mode of payment. Refunds for Bandland add ons purchased alongside other events will also be issued, with organisers providing further details directly to customers.
Message to fans
The statement concluded with thanks to fans for their support, emphasising that their trust and patience remain deeply valued.
