DDC Samba Anuradha Gupta reviews progress under District Capex Budget plan

SAMBA, APRIL 08: To review the progress of ongoing developmental works and set parameters for formulation of annual District Capex Plan for year 2022-23, the District Development Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta today chaired a meeting of the District/Sectoral Officers here at Conference hall, DC Office Samba.

The Deputy Commissioner asked the officers of all line Departments to formulate the capex plan through Gram sabhas and  complete the process in close coordination with PRI members. She exhorted upon executing agencies to avoid creation of liabilities and ensure geo-tagging of  created assets.

The Deputy Commissioner asked officers to incorporate only urgent works in next year’s Capex plan and submit the feasibility certificate along with the proposed works.

During the plan formulation discussion, final progress  reports (work wise) allotment costs against individual works, excess and surrender and other points were also reviewed.

During the meeting PO ICDS, ACP, ACD, DSEO, Exn PDD, besides other district officers were also present.
