Dudu Basantgarh College’s Anti-Drug Rally Led by Prof. Anirudh Sharma, In Pursuit of a Drug-Free Nation

Dudu Basanthgarh, 28-08-2023: Anti drug rally was organized under “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan” The rally was led by by principal of the college Prof. Anirudh Sharma. The students carried placards and depicting anti-drug slogans like “ “Kasam Yeh  khayenge, Nashe ko duur Bhagyenge”, Nashe ko bhagana hai , Pariwar ko bachana hai”. The rally passed through the main Mohalla of the locality amid chanting of anti-drug slogans. The people of the locality stood on their rooftops to watch the anti-drug rally. The people of the area were impressed with the slogans of the rally and a few of them accompanied the rally. The rally started from the premises of the Degree College Dudu Basantgarh and after passing through different localities culminated at the main gate of the college. There was a wave of Patriotism and enthusiasm among students who participated in the rally. Prof. Anirudh  Sharma while addressing students stressed the need to be aware of the society about ill effects of drug abuse. Impressed upon students to play a crucial role in eradicating the menace of drug abuse from society.

Prof. Rahul Sharma, Prof. Pradeep Kumar, Prof. Vijay Kumar, Sh. Rajesh Kumar and Guest Faculty teachers also participated in the rally. Prof. Vijay Kumar presented a vote of thanks to all. Refreshment was also served to students and staff members.
