Gauri Khan, brand ambassador of real estate company, faces complaint over flat possession
Mumbai resident files complaint against Gauri Khan and others for failing to deliver flat

02-03-2023 : Gauri Khan, wife of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, has been accused of criminal breach of trust in an FIR lodged against her. The complaint was filed by Jaswant Shah, a Mumbai resident who alleged that Gauri, as the brand ambassador of a company, failed to give possession of a flat worth Rs 86 lakh in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area.
The complainant claimed that the flat was given to someone else. Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, Chief Managing Director of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited, and its Director Mahesh Tulsiyani were also named in the complaint.
