General Body Meeting of LIC SC/ST/Buddhists held at Jammu for the strengthening the Social Justice Movement

Jammu, 16.09.2023: A General Body Meeting of All India SC/ST/Buddhist LIC Employees Welfare Association Division Srinagar held at Press Club Jammu under the Leadership of Mohan Lal (Divisional President) and Vijay Kumar (Divisional Secretary). The meeting started with a garlanding of the statue of Baba Saheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar father of the Indian Constitution. The function was graced by R.K.Kalsotra State  President SC/ST/OBC Confederation & Tarsem Khullar, Chairman Ambedkar Sena along with other Diginitories from LIC from all over the State.

Speaking on the occasion Mohan Lal & Vijay Kumar and  Romesh Chand(Chief Patron of Association) stressed the unity of the Association. They also appealed to the members to contribute mentally, Physically, and financially to the Organisation for saving and implementation of reservation policies in the LIC in toto and strengthening the Social Justice Movement.

R.K. Kalsotra and Tarsem Khullar asked the members to follow the path of Baba Saheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and join hands in saving the Constitution and the rights enshrined in it. Others who spoke on the occasion were Vijay Khajuria(Secy Class-1 Officers Federation), Mohd Shafi Akhoon (Working President), Mohan Lal (Secy Organising), Chander Paul(AO), Jang Bahadur (Secy Admin), Pervinder Kumar (Div. Treasurer), S.C.Dogra(retired employee), Ved Parkash (AO), etc.
