JAMMU,09-12-2023 : Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta on Saturday said that nation is currently witnessing an economic development revolution with the aim of establishing a Viksit Bharat by the year 2047.
He was addressing an impressive gathering here at Gandhi Nagar after inaugurating Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra wherein several stalls and canopies were installed by different departments to provide on the spot assistance to the people under the initiative’s motive of outreaching people at their doorsteps.
It is pertinent to mention that nationwide endeavour—Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is being organized to ensure that government schemes reach the people’s doorsteps, contributing to the transformation of India into a developed nation. The initiative is also working as a tool to disseminate information about the achievements of the BJP Government in the last over nine years.
Kavinder said that a robust road infrastructure has been implemented nationwide, and there is now the domestic production and export of fighter jets, which was considered to be a dream before the inception of Modi Government. He emphasized that, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has garnered global respect, with the world holding a high regard for the nation.
“Presently, the country is making strides in various sectors, encompassing education, agriculture, industry, healthcare, space technology, and the preservation of its ancient heritage”, he maintained, adding that India is uniquely positioned to establish global peace as could be gauged well by the fact that every top level leader of the world today wanted to be on Indian side making it amply clear that India’s position and stand have become stupendous in the last nearly nine years and the courtesy goes to PM Modi. He however, urged the assembled gathering to avail themselves of the diverse welfare schemes offered by both the Government of India and the UT administration as saturation of these schemes is the key to making India a world power by first providing the basic amenities, services and facilities to every Indian whether living in a city or deep inside a far off hamlet.
