Kavinder urges youth to become job providers instead of job seekers
Inaugurates ‘Regalia by SD Apparel’
JAMMU, JUL 24: Kavinder Gupta, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister has urged youth to become job providers instead of job seekers and become proactive partners in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory’s development.
He stated this today at a function after inaugurating a garment showroom under the name and style ‘Regalia by SD Apparel’ at 822 A, Gandhi Nagar here today. Corporator Sanjay Baru accompanied the former Deputy Chief Minister.
In his address on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta complemented Nitika Sharma, proprietor of the showroom for adopting self employment besides providing employment to others too.
While wishing success and best wishes to the young entrepreneur, Kavinder appreciated her efforts towards become job provider instead of job seeker thus partnering proactively in the development of this Union Territory besides contributing not only her own economic welfare but providing the little bit to boost the economy of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The former Deputy Chief Minister said that unemployment is a significant issue faced by the youth today despite Govt’s best efforts in the direction of resolving the same. However, given the totality of circumstances along with the multiple schemes launched by the Prime Minister Modi led Govt at the Centre especially for the youth, it is the youth who must come forward to avail the benefits of such schemes aimed at making youth job providers instead of wasting their time in job seeking. He said that the nation has the largest number of youth component and as such the Union Govt is committed to address the concerns of youth on priority. Therefore multiple schemes have been specially tailored for youth who can avail the same as per their suitability.
Kavinder Gupta appealed to the youth to take inspiration from entrepreneur Nitika Sharma and commence their journey towards becoming job providers in their economic interest as well as in the ultimate interest of this Union Territory and the nation at large.
