BJP works to strengthen nation, empower masses: Ashok Koul

Jammu, 28-03-2024: Harbans Bral, senior Congress leader along with hundreds of other eminent persons and supporters joined Bharatiya Janata Party in presence of J&K BJP General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul and former Dy CM Kavinder Gupta at BJP Headquarters, Jammu.
Senior leader of BJP Satish Sharma, Kulbir Charak, MM Sharma, Charanjit Raina, Vijay Singh and other party leaders were also present on the occasion.
Darshan Singh, Pankaj Sharma, DK Sharma, Vikas, Ram Lal, Sukhdev Raj, Sushil Kumar, Krishan Kumar and others were among the prominent to join the BJP on the occasion.
Ashok Koul, welcoming Harbans Bral along with his supporters and eminent persons, said that anyone who believes in the Ideology of BJP, which means works to strengthen nation and empower masses, is welcome into the party. He said that BJP is a party which works for the poor and needy and every worker of the party is engaged in the upliftment of the person standing last in the queue. He said that people of Jammu and Kashmir are witnessing the transformation of the region, which is inching towards a better future and development and added that after the abrogation of 370 a new era of development has been initiated in the state. He asked the new entrants to work for all the sections of society with zeal and dedication, while working at the ground level to seek the support for Modi government in Parliament election.
Kavinder Gupta, while welcoming the new entrants, said that during the rule of NC and Congress only few areas were taken care to gain the political milage but Modi Government is working for the overall infrastructural development in every sector in Jammu & Kashmir. He said that the schemes launched by Modi Government for the farmers, Youth, womenfolk and poor have brought a drastic change in the lives of these people and with the blessings of these BJP will form the Government at the centre for third consecutive term under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narender Modi.
“I was feeling suffocated while in Congress, but now I am relaxed”, said Harbans Bral after he joined the BJP.
Harbans Bral added that he has joined the BJP as the policies of Modi Government are directed towards the welfare of people and nation and said that he wants to work for Viksit Bharat, under the visionary leadership of PM Modi.
