NC greets People on 556th Parkash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Jammu, 02 Nov: J&K National Conference Convenor Minority Cell Jagdish Singh Azad has extended heartfelt greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of the 556th Parkash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, which will be celebrated worldwide on November 5 with great devotion and enthusiasm.

While highlighting the divine teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Azad said that the Guru’s message of truthful living, honest earning, and sharing with others continues to serve as guiding principles for humanity. 

He emphasized that Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s philosophy of equality, peace, and selfless service remains ever-relevant in promoting harmony and brotherhood in society.

Azad also appealed to the administration to ensure adequate facilities for the smooth conduct of the Parkash Purab celebrations across all Gurdwaras in J&K particularly in the Kashmir Valley. He urged officials to ensure proper electricity, water supply, and other essential amenities for devotees participating in the celebrations.
