Noida Earns ₹204 Crore From Plot Sale, Unveils New IT and Commercial Development Plan
34 residential plots sold at nearly double the reserve price; new scheme to boost IT, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects in Noida.
NOIDA, Dec 13 : The Noida Authority has successfully collected ₹204 crore from the sale of 34 residential plots across various sectors, surpassing the reserve price of ₹108 crore. The authority has now announced plans for a new plot allotment scheme aimed at information technology enabled businesses, commercial units, nursing homes, corporate offices, and institutional projects.
The previous residential plot sale scheme, launched on October 3, 2025, offered plots that remained unsold from earlier schemes in developed sectors of Noida. A total of 1,374 applicants competed to secure 34 plots, officials said.
“The Noida Authority has collected an additional ₹85.71 crore over the reserve price. Staff have been directed to prepare and launch the new scheme shortly,” said Lokesh M, CEO of the Noida Authority.
The upcoming scheme, under the Unified Policy, will include plots earmarked for commercial, institutional, IT-ITeS, nursing home, and corporate projects. The list of plots to be included has been finalized in a recent meeting of the authority, he added.
During a review on Thursday, Lokesh M also instructed the land department to identify individuals using government land for illegal construction and take stringent action against violators. Officials said the new plot allotment plan is expected to be launched next month, aiming to accelerate development in Noida’s commercial and institutional sectors.
