Jammu and Kashmir Government approves non-functional promotion in Level-10A for Secretariat official.
Jammu, Jan 15: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has sanctioned the grant of Selection Grade (Non-functional) in Level-10A to Mohammad Ramzan Dar, Private Secretary and a member of the Jammu and Kashmir Secretariat (Gazetted) Service–II.
The move formalises the recognition of Dar’s service and grants him the privileges associated with the Selection Grade, reflecting his contributions within the Secretariat.
The decision was issued through an official government communication, marking an important milestone in the officer’s career.
