Jammu:   What happened to Jammu and Kashmir and their people, never happened to any state in the history of the country, on August 5, 2019, statehood was taken away from Jammu and Kashmir with Article 370 and 35A, we were shown false greens of development employment, conspiracy is being hatched to destroy our culture, identity, and rights. Today the Union Home Minister  continued the series of betrayal with the people of the state by talking about the restoration of state status after the state assembly election. This was stated by Manish Sahni , president Shiv Sena(UBT) unit of  Jammu and Kashmir.
While addressing the media during a program to pay tribute to the martyrs of Pulwama, unit chief Manish Sahni criticized Union Home Minister Amit Shah’
statement that the state status of Jammu and Kashmir will be restored after the assembly elections. Sahni said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are being betrayed.
The Union Home Minister had promised to return the statehood very soon from the floor of the House while revoking the article 370 and 35A.
 Now in an interview, Amit Shah is saying that a decision will be taken on this after the election results.  Sahni said that on one hand the Modi government is talking about restoration of peace in Kashmir, but the promise of the restoration of statehood  is not being fulfilled.
 Sahni said that the BJP, which had registered a bumper victory for the first time from the Jammu division in 2014, has felt the pulse of the people and the dream of becoming its chief minister in the state is also seen to be falling apart. The central government wants to take over the power by keeping Jammu as a union territory. At the same time dozens of local people influenced by the policies and ideas of the Shiv Sena  joined the party.  Party state chief Manish Sahni, Vikas Bakshi and  Balwant Singh welcomed the new entrants with Shiv Bandhan and Nishan.
Shiban Raina, Mohit Kaul, Asha ji, Bittu ji Bhatt, Rakesh Pandita, Davinder Singh, Sanjeev Kumar, Jatindra Singh, Server Khan, Sahil Singh, Sanjay Manhas, Muhammad Ashraf  were present on this occasion.
