Sachin Tendulkar Invests Rs 3.6 Crore in Hyderabad Based Solar Company
Cricket legend acquires 2% stake in Suntek Energy Systems, backing the company’s national expansion and India’s clean energy transition
Hyderabad, Dec 24, 2025: Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar has made a strategic investment in Suntek Energy Systems Private Limited (Truzon Solar), a Hyderabad based solar energy company, acquiring 1.8 lakh shares worth Rs 3.6 crore, representing a 2% stake.
Founded in 2008 by Charugundla Bhavani Suresh, Truzon Solar focuses on residential, commercial, utility-scale solar projects, rooftop systems, and PM-Kusum schemes. The company currently operates across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh, with plans to expand into Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh.

Commenting on the investment, MD Charugundla Bhavani Suresh said, “This partnership with Sachin is not just an investment it’s a strong endorsement of our values, governance, and long-term vision. It will enhance brand credibility and contribute to rapid national expansion.”
