Shiv Sena submitted memorandum to ADGP, expressing deep concern over increasing criminal incidents

Jammu,08-02-2025: Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu and Kashmir unit chief Manish Sahni today met Bhim Sen Tuti (IPS) Additional Director General of Police, J&K,  expressed serious concern over the increasing criminal activities, cow and drug smuggling in Jammu and submitted a memorandum.

Party state chief Manish Sahni said that there is an atmosphere of terror in Jammu due to increasing criminal incidents.

Urgent and strong measures are required to restore public confidence and ensure the safety of citizens.

Many heinous crimes have taken place in the last few days, which not only highlight the increasing audacity of criminals but also underline the lack of immediate action in preventing or addressing these threats.

 Sahni suggested strengthening the surveillance network in Jammu and adjoining areas, increase in police patrolling, vigilance, quick and transparent investigation, verification of details of outsiders in police records, community policing initiatives. Along with Sahni offered to help the police as volunteer.
