CM hails the boxer’s grit, consistency, and inspirational victory in the 51 kg finals
Telangana, Nov 21 : Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has congratulated ace boxer Nikhat Zareen for her stellar performance in winning the gold medal in the 51 kg category at the World Boxing Cup finals held in Greater Noida.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister described her victory as “yet another proud moment for India on the global sporting stage.” He praised Nikhat’s outstanding display, noting that her success reflects her grit, consistency, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
“Her achievement will inspire countless young athletes across the country to chase their dreams with confidence and determination,” Revanth Reddy said, wishing her continued success in future competitions.
Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud also extended his congratulations, calling her triumph a moment of immense pride for the state. He noted that Nikhat’s discipline and hard work have once again elevated India’s stature in international boxing.
Goud further affirmed that the government remains committed to supporting sportspersons and expressed hope that Nikhat will continue to bring more laurels to India and Telangana in the coming years.
