NC remembers Sher-e-Kashmir on his 120th birth anniversary

Srinagar, 05 Dec: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, and Vice President and Honourable Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, led party functionaries in offering floral tributes and Fatiha at the Mazar-e-Anwar of Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah on his 120th birth anniversary.
Among those present were the Party’s senior leaders, MPs, legislators, and representatives from the Provincial, Zonal, Women’s Wing, YNC, Minority, Media, and Social Media wings.
Marking this historic day, the Honourable Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also laid the foundation stone for and dedicated two magnificent Mehrabs at Dargah Hazratbal — Bab-ul-Salam and Bab-ul-Noor — to the people of Jammu & Kashmir.
Similar commemorative functions were held across Jammu and Ladakh, where party members at all district headquarters paid homage to the towering leader.
