Hospitals report increase in dehydration and heatstroke cases

LUCKNOW, May 28: Medical experts have urged people to take precautions against extreme summer temperatures as hospitals in several states reported a rise in dehydration and heatstroke cases.

Doctors advised citizens to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged outdoor exposure and seek immediate treatment for symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue. Health authorities are also running awareness campaigns in vulnerable districts.

Experts warned that climate-related health risks may continue increasing during prolonged heatwave conditions.
