GDC Dudu Basantgarh Organizes Inter College essay writing competition on the occasion of “Hindi Diwas”

14-09-2021 : Government Degree College Dudu BasantGarh  Organized an Inter -College essay writing competition on the topic  “vishwa ster par Hindi ka mahatav” on the occasion of Hindi Diwas under shikshit Bharat. In this competition students from various colleges participated. Students write essays and showcase the importance of the Hindi language in our life since it is the main source of communication and interaction in Northern India. In the global scenario, Hindi has also in great heights as their literature is one of the best literature in the world in every aspect. The Competition took place under the supervision and guidance of the Worthy Principal of the College Dr. Bhavnaish Chand. Bhushan Kumar of B.A sem. VI^th of GDC Ramnagar got 1^st position while Lalita kumari of B.Sc. Sem. IInd of GDC Ramnagar and Shabnam Bano of Sem- IVth of GDC Dudu Basantgarh shared 2nd position and Bhavna Devi of B.A sem.-VIth of GDC Ramnagar clinched 3^rd position respectively. Organizing secretary Prof. Rahul Sharma and competition coordinator Prof. Pradeep Kumar host the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the College said that on 14^th September 1949, Hindi language was adopted as one of the official languages. Hindi Diwas or Hindi Day is a celebration like all those festivals which honours our history. Hindi Diwas also plays a significant role in realizing us that the Hindi language is one of the oldest languages in the whole world and as such we should feel proud in speaking in our mother language i.e. Hindi language and it is the only language which has the capability to unify the entire country. E-certificates were given to all the winners. The principal of the College congratulated the winners of the competition.
