Dr. Samoon reviews progress on skill training to women SHGs
SRINAGAR, MAY 11: Principal Secretary, Skill Development Department Dr Asghar Haasan Samoon today chaired a meeting here to review the progress achieved under training of Self Help Groups (SHGs).
