Dr. Farooq, Omar Abdullah condemn Kathua killings
Sagar, Nasir Party MPs also condemn killings
Srinagar, 10 Mar: The President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, and Vice President & Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, have strongly denounced the brutal killing of three members of an extended family in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district.
Expressing sorrow, Dr. Farooq said, “I extend my deepest sympathies to the families of the victims. The individuals responsible for this heinous act must be swiftly brought to justice. We must ensure that justice prevails.”
CM Omar, in a firm condemnation of the incident, said, “I unequivocally condemn this attack and offer my heartfelt condolences to the affected families. I urge the public to remain calm and trust in the efforts of law enforcement agencies. Let us not be swayed by the divisive tactics of those inciting communal violence. Justice must be served, and those responsible must be held accountable for their actions.”
Meantime party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Treasurer Shammi Oberoi, Advisor to CM Nasir Aslam Wani, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq, MPs Mian Altaf Ahmad, Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi have also condemned the killings.
