JKPCC for discipline in media ,warns self styled spokespersons
Credible media never entertains unauthorised persons, party doesn't own any such statement.
Jammu, March 17- Advising strict discipline by party men in media, Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee has warned self-styled ‘spokespersons of stern action if they did not mend their ways.
JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma said that few self-styled spokespersons, who are creations of a section of media, are creating indiscipline and harming the interests of the party by giving unauthorized statements in media, especially over sensitive issues and party matters.
A section of media knowingly or unknowingly is entertaining such non-entities without ascertaining their status or designation in the party, which is the responsibility of every credible media too.
There are authorized spokespersons of the party, who speak party line and policy on every issue, after seeking guidance, when required.
No statement/s made by any such unauthorized person in the party shall be owned by the party or be attributed to the party, he said for the sake of clarification to all concerned.
He hoped that no credible media shall not entertain any such person, on behalf of the party.
