Online Applications for Allotment Industrial Land Invited in the Industrial Estates of J&K UT
01-05-2021: The Department of Industries and Commerce, Jammu, and Kashmir government invited online application for allotment of land in the Industrial estates of J&K UT from prospective entrepreneurs. The details of which are available on the website www.investjk.in. The interested entrepreneurs can apply online for allotment of land on the web portal which shall remain open from 3rd May 2021 (10:00 am) onwards.
The allotment will be made to the prospective entrepreneurs by the designated Land Allotment Committees constituted in the Jammu and Kashmir Industrial Land Allotment Policy 2021-30, which is available on the web-portal www.investjk.in.
The applicants shall have to submit an online application and upload a Detailed Project Report as per the format given at Annexure-I of Jammu & Kashmir Industrial Land Allotment Policy 2021-30 and/ or any other document as notified by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
The user shall also have to submit an online processing fee (non-refundable) as per clause 7c of Jammu & Kashmir Industrial Land Allotment Policy 2021-30.
The premium and the annual rent shall be charged from the allottees as per the Lol issued by the Industrial Development Corporation(s) (IDCs) under J&K Industrial Policy 2021-30 and J & K Industrial Land Allotment Policy 2021-30.
