Two J&K Officers Among Seven Elevated to IFS Conservator of Forests Grade

JAMMU, Dec 31: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has promoted seven AGMUT cadre Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers to the grade of Conservator of Forests (Level-13A of the pay matrix).

Among the promoted officers are two currently serving in Jammu and Kashmir Arashdeep Singh and Vanjulavalli Sridhar both holding positions as Divisional Conservators of Forest.

This promotion marks a significant career milestone for the officers and reflects their contributions to forest management and environmental governance in the region.
