DC Samba suspends issuance of fard intekhab in Sub Division Vijaypur

SAMBA, NOVEMBER 01: Deputy Commissioner Samba Anuradha Gupta today suspended the issuance of fard intekhab in Sub Division Vijapur in view of mushrooming of unauthorized colonies in the area.

An order issued by the Deputy Commissioner states that “due to mushrooming of unauthorized colonies in various parts of Subdivision of Vijaypur in the guise of normal sale purchase of land and to carry out an urgent field verification to rule out any attempt to develop unplanned & unauthorized colonies, the Sub Divisional Magistrate shall hold a detailed inquiry into the matter and submit the report.”
